原味香煎羊扒配奶油焗薯仔 Lamb Cutlets with Baked Potatoes

基絲汀和囡囡是 Jamie Oliver的『粉絲』(即 fans, 擁躉). 常看他的烹飪電視節目。他煮羊扒,只用簡單的醃料,就弄得很美味。當然可以用rosemary,這是最配襯羊肉的香料。之前也貼過這迷迭香煎羊扒菜譜。其實,最重要的是買新鮮的靚羊扒,只用海鹽和胡椒粉醃後煎或焗,就已可做到一頓羊扒美食餐喔。最近超市大特賣匙羹羊扒(lamb cutlets)。於是又有這名符其實的簡易美食餐嘞。試試只用海鹽和黑胡椒粉稍醃羊扒後就煎,果然享受到羊扒的原來肉味,準備功夫少之又少。

今次特別做一個配菜,就是奶油焗薯仔。也是基絲汀至愛的配菜之一。

原味香煎羊扒配奶油焗薯仔 Lamb Cutlets with Baked Potatoes

此食譜足三人用

材料:
  • 3至4個薯仔
  • 6 件匙羹羊扒
  • 150 克奶油 (heavy cream)
  • 牛油少量
  • 蒜鹽隨量 (garlic salt)
  • 芝士 (parmesan cheese)
醃料:
  • 海鹽
  • 黑椒粉

薯仔 washed potatoes薯仔及奶油

做法:
  1.  預熱焗爐至200度C。把薯仔洗凈,如果你從超市買 washed potatoes回來,就更方便,可以連皮焗,更含豐富營養。切片,灑下蒜鹽,放小一片牛油,並注入奶油剛剛蓋過薯仔表面就可以。用鋁箔紙蓋著,放入已預熱的焗爐約45至50分鐘。取出拿去鋁箔紙,灑下芝士碎鋪滿薯仔面,再放入焗爐。要留意著,小心不要焗焦。見芝士面轉金黃色即成。關掉焗爐,打開門些少,以保持溫度。
  2. .把羊扒洗凈,抹乾水份。灑上海鹽和黑椒粉,放下煎鑊,煎至兩面金黃。(時間控制方面,可以參考這篇網誌)。用碟放上焗薯,和其他配菜,羊扒上碟,趁熱供食。

溫馨提示:

如果喜歡的話,可以炒香煙肉粒加入焗熟的薯仔上,才放芝士在上面再焗,更有煙肉的甘香,並可滿足家中喜歡吃肉的人(就是我囡囡嘞)。

    heavy cream 即忌廉(鮮奶油)。這個食譜也可改用 light cream,淡忌廉的。

  7. hey Christine,
    I have tried follow your receipe to bake potatos yesterday, but i couldn't find heavy cream and parmesan cheese so i used Double cream and Cheddar cheese instead for the potato i used new potatos. In the result, the taste was very delicious just feel very heavy,yummy lol

    thanks your reply, I have one more question would like to ask you, is it possible to use single cream? As I can find wrapping cream, single cream and double cream in the supermarket which near my home

    Is thickened cream same as heavy cream? Or was it pure cream that you were using?
